YourOutdoorKitchen offers shipping via couriers such as DPD, TNT, FedEx, UPS and USPS. All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping. If you are looking for express or expedited options, please contact customer service.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium.
Orders outside of Belgium(where our warehouse is located): Estimated delivery time of 2-10 business days, depending on your location.
The free shipping offer applies to purchases of €99.00 or more. The purchase price of €99.00 is based on the subtotal of the goods. Tax is not included when determining the subtotal of the goods.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of your order to request a return.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number before returning your product. All orders returned without an RMA number may cause a delay in processing the return to your account. Your item must be unopened and in new condition to receive a full refund, minus any shipping costs.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless a shipping error was made by YourOutdoorKitchen. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
All returns are subject to inspection and up to a 15% restocking fee may apply if the item has been opened and used. Please contact customer service to begin the return process.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item unless it is due to an error by YourOutdoorKitchen. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number. Please contact customer service if you have any questions about the return process.
We do not accept returns on items purchased from third parties or retail partners. You must return the product to the original place of purchase. Please contact the original retailer where you purchased the product if you have questions about their return policy.

Once we confirm receipt of your return and perform an inspection of your item, YourOutdoorKitchen will issue a credit to your original payment method for the price of the merchandise, less any applicable restocking fees, shipping, and other charges that may apply.
Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the credit to reappear on your original payment method.
